Generally speaking, the heating element has a smell in the first few minutes of the initial start-up, and the smell will dissipate after a few minutes. 2. It is 100% power-on inspection during production, but the power-on inspection time is relatively short (about 30 seconds). For future orders, we require the power-on time to be extended to one minute, so that the smell will dissipate as much as possible. 3.QC manager has reflected this situation to vendor, hoping to find ways to minimize the smell, but pls note that the smell cannot be 100% eliminated at present, hope can understand.
