most of specifications are not included no wifi no ionizer no hepa 13 air heater
First of all thank you to the manufacturer for this first order.
However, minor issues have occurred during order process, as production delay and product customization failure (logo layout). Even though, supplier and manager Jane did their best to improve the situation and find an appropriate solution in tight deadlines.
Please note: the heater has not passed the initial start-up at the factory. For this reason, the consumer has a characteristic smell when the device is turned on, which causes some dissatisfaction.
We hope that this issues are taken into consideration by management and will not be repeated. Hoping for future cooperation.

Many thanks for your reviews. May I know how is the heater selling?
After consulting QC manager and vendor,
1. This model generates heat through internal heating elements. Generally speaking, the heating element has a smell in the first few minutes of the initial start-up, and the smell will dissipate after a few minutes.
2. It is 100% power-on inspection during production, but the power-on inspection time is relatively short (about 30 seconds). For future orders, we require the power-on time to be extended to one minute, so that the smell will dissipate as much as possible.
3.QC manager has reflected this situation to vendor, hoping to find ways to minimize the smell, but pls note that the smell cannot be 100% eliminated at present, hope can understand.
Afterwards, there will be no similar smell basically, and the normal use of the product will not be affected.
